Who are we?

We are Summa College, Fontys Hogescholen and TU Eindhoven, three different educational institutions that are working together on the next generation of interdisciplinary and multilevel learning methods. Through hands-on, local projects with students that incorporate several skills, theories and stakeholders, we hope to offer everyone a great learning experience that acts as a exploration for our new approach of education.

Semester 1 - Exploration

The first semester was all about exploring the neighborhood, talking to the locals and learning to work together with multiple disciplines. Several technical concepts emerged and the first research report were created. This work forms the basis of consecutive semesters of Learning on the Move.

Semester 2 - Focus

The second semester is well on its way and the students are bringing focus to the project. With the help of last semester's work and new input from stakeholders, the students are now developing food-related concepts for single parent families in Eckart-Vaartbroek, Eindhoven.

The third semester will bring a more practical and implementation based project. Students are bringing their designs to reality. With the help of last semester's work and new input from stakeholders, the students can now bring the learned methods into practice.
